A Pueblo man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend is expected in court Tuesday afternoon.
Donthe Lucas will be arraigned on the first-degree murder charge and will be able to enter a plea.
In 2013, Kelsie Schelling had just found out she was pregnant and decided to travel to Pueblo to tell Lucas the news.
She never arrived and her body has never been found.
