Two Air Force Academy cadets are accused of organizing and participating in hazing activities.
Lars Knutson and Michael Hannigan, who were members of the swim team, are accused of dereliction of duty.
Details about that incident have not been provided. Knutson and Hannigan will have a preliminary hearing later this month.
Both could be expelled from the academy if found guilty.
Separately, cadets Daven Horne and Harry Vaughn are charged with illegal drug use and will appear before a military court in the next few weeks.
