Colorado Springs police are investigating a fatal shooting in a downtown Colorado Springs parking garage.
A man was found just after 2 am Thursday morning on the first floor of a garage at Cascade and Kiowa.
Although crews applied life-saving measures the man was pronounced dead at the scene. He has not been publicly identified.
