Patrick Frazee has been arrested Friday morning and is being held without bond.
Frazee is the fiancé of Kelsey Berreth, the mother reported missing from Woodland Park since Thanksgiving.
Woodland Park Police and the Teller County Sheriff’s office have arrested him for murder and solicitation of murder.
No other people have been arrested at this time.
