The man accused of killing his fiancé in Teller County has filed a motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him.
Patrick Frazee is facing five-murder counts in the presumed death of Kelsey Berreth, who disappeared two months ago From Woodland Park.
Berreth’s parents filed the wrongful death suit but Frazee’s attorneys argue they have no legal standing to sue him since Berreth’s body has not been found.
Frazee will have a preliminary hearing for the criminal charges on February 19th.
