El Paso County continues its Point in Time survey this week.
150 volunteers are visiting homeless camps, parks, shelters and other service providers to get a snapshot of the number of homeless people in the county.
The 2018 survey found 1,100 people living on county streets.
That was nearly a 10 percent increase over 2017.
