Prosecutors want to prevent the public release of Teller County Department of Human Services records involving interviews with Patrick Frazee.
He’s accused of killing his fiancé, Kelsey Berreth.
It is unclear when a ruling will be issued.
Authorities are still looking for Berreth’s body in a landfill south of Fountain.
Frazee will be arraigned Friday in Cripple Creek, and a trial is likely to be scheduled.
