A Colorado Springs man found shot to death in December was killed during a botched robbery.
Prosecutors allege that Savino Anceno, and Saphire Nicks intended to steal a car and a gun from Nicholas Romero when he was shot outside the Windmill Apartments on Lacy Lane.
Anceno and Nicks are being charged with first-degree murder.
