Friday’s arraignment hearing in Teller County for Patrick Frazee is postponed until May 24th.
Frazee is accused of brutally killing his fiancé, Woodland Park mother Kelsey Berreth, in November of 2018.
Frazee’s attorney requested the arraignment be pushed back since some evidence is still being tested.
In court Thursday a judged ruled that Berreth’s parents will have temporary custody of Berreth and Frazee’s daughter.
Meanwhile, crews are approximately 40% through their search of the Midway Landfill, looking for Berreth’s remains.
