Douglas Bruce, the author of Colorado’s Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights, is facing charges in Pittston, Pennsylvania.
Bruce is accused of failing to demolish a decrepit bar he owns there. Bruce denies any wrongdoing.
The Gazette reports, he bought the building last June from former Colorado Springs city councilwoman Helen Collins.
Hearings are scheduled on Bruce’s citations for May 23rd.
