Colorado Springs utilities customers are getting some relief on their monthly bills.
Tuesday, the city council approved a decrease in the cost of electricity and natural gas for customers.
The typical household can now expect to save $10.24 on their bill each month.
The lower prices will go into effect on May 1st.
