Colorado Springs Police were able to talk down a suicidal man who threatened to jump off the 7th floor of a parking garage near south Nevada and West Colorado Tuesday night.
Officers cleared the area of pedestrians and vehicles in the area.
The subject was taken into custody on several warrants and charged with trespassing and obstruction.
