Police in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale say a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting last month has been arrested in Colorado Springs.
52-year-old Karriem Seymour was taken into custody May 16th.
He’s been extradited to Phoenix and jailed on suspicion of first-degree murder.
Seymour was wanted for the April 9th shooting death of 31-year-old Damon Frye. Seymour was identified by witnesses and fled before officers arrived.
The men were in the courtyard area of an apartment complex having a barbeque when an argument ensued and Seymour allegedly shot Frye, who died at a hospital.
