Colorado Springs Police have caught a peeping Tom.
Tuesday afternoon, several people near Flintridge and Montebello reported a man peeking into windows, and running through yards.
Police swarmed the area, and eventually caught 36 year old Sergey Bussell. Bussell is on probation for escape, and was also charged with drug possession.
