Colorado Springs Police are investigating after a toddler was seen wandering around an apartment complex overnight, carrying a teddy bear in one hand, and a knife in the other.
This was just before 1am at the Lincoln Springs Apartments near Chelton and Fountain.
Officers were able to retrieve the child, who is around 3 years old.
No one was hurt.
The unidentified parents could be facing charges.
