Patrick Frazee, the Florissant man charged in the murder of his fiancé Kelsey Berreth, will not be subject to the death penalty.
District Attorney Dan May has said little about the decision not to seek the death penalty.
Frazee faces eight total counts for the murder of Berreth, who’s been missing since Thanksgiving 2018.
She was last seen at a grocery store in Woodland Park.
Frezee’s next hearing is in August.
