Dozens of protestors gather at Colorado Springs Hall Monday afternoon following a shooting Saturday night by Springs Police.
Authorities confronted two men who may have been involved in an earlier robbery near Fountain and Circle.
One of them, 19 year old De’von Bailey, allegedly reached for a gun and was shot by an officer.
Bailey died in the shooting.
Witnesses say he did not have a gun, and was shot in the back.
Hundreds gathered Sunday night to honor Bailey at a Vigil near Adams Park.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation.
