Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Dear is still not mentally fit to stand trial.
Dear admitted to killing 3 people, and wounding 9 others in an attack on a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood Clinic in 2016.
Dear has been receiving treatment at the state mental institute. Dear has been deemed “delusional”, and Monday, a judge agreed with that assessment.
In 2017, a court ruled that Dear can be forcibly medicated in order to proceed to trial.
He will remain institutionalized until his next review hearing in November.
