The manhunt for Jackie Wampler Jr, the man accused of shooting a Costilla County Deputy, is over.
Details about where he was found aren’t available yet but authorities say Wampler shot the deputy 3 times while he was investigating a burglary in the Forbes Ranch Area.
The deputy is in stable condition at San Lius Valley Regional Medical Center.
