Patrick Frazee, the man accused of killing Kelsey Berreth of Woodland Park, will be back in court on September 16th.
He was in court Friday for a motions hearing.
Frazee’s upcoming trial begins in late October.
During the motions hearing, a judge decided to allow the prosecution, defense and court to receive a list of the names of potential jurors.
Next month, a hearing will be held on a possible alternate suspect in the case.
