Colorado Springs City Council has rejected two proposals for the November ballot.
One would have voters decide whether the city should trade or sell park parcels.
The other would require a six-member council supermajority to approve such a transaction.
Both measures initially passed two weeks ago, but were rejected Tuesday.
Those who voted against the questions are concerned some of the details need more development before they’re passed to the voters.
Residents will decide whether to extend the 2C sales tax increase for road improvements, and whether the city can spend $7 million of excess tax revenue on parks.
