Peterson Air Force Base Loses Funding for Space Control Project

The Pentagon released a list of 127 projects that will have their funding cut and money diverted to help pay for President Trump’s border wall at the U.S.-Mexico border.

$8 million dollars was earmarked for a National Guard Space Control Facility on Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs.

In March, President Trump issued an emergency declaration to shift military dollars to pay for the wall.
