The final day that Patrick Frazee’s lawyers could submit an alternate suspect in the Kelsey Berreth murder case has come and gone.
Frazee’s attorneys had until midnight Monday, and no motion was filed.
The Woodland Park mother was last seen alive with her daughter at a grocery store on Thanksgiving Day.
Frazee was arrested for Berreth’s murder in December.
Her body has never been found, but authorities believe she is no longer alive.
