A man accused of shooting into a vehicle on I-25 is pleading not guilty to the charges against him.
Michael McGinnis was in court Monday and pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and reckless endangerment charges.
McGinnis is accused of shooting at a car on southbound I-25, north of the Garden of the Gods Road exit in May.
A bullet passed through the trunk of the car and into the driver’s seat but stopped before it could wound the driver.
