Authorities have identified the suspect in a homicide investigation.
42-year-old Fredrick Young is under arrest on first-degree murder charges after his wife, 39-year-old Jennifer Young, was found dead on the northeast side of the city.
Sunday afternoon authorities received a call about a deceased person in a home on Bow River Drive.
The El Paso County Coroner’s Office determined Jennifer Young’s death was a homicide.
CSPD has stated that the public is not in any danger.
Mr. Young is booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.
