The confessed gunman in the 2015 Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs has been ruled incompetent to stand trial again.
Robert Dear will be mentally evaluated again in January.
Until now he was reviewed every 90 days.
Due to a change in law, the evaluations will take place every 63 days.
After Dear refused medications in 2018, a court ruled that forcing anti-psychotic medications to Dear was medically appropriate and not an unconstitutional deprivation of his liberty.
