Monday morning Richard Holzer pleaded not guilty to a plot to bomb a Pueblo synagogue.
Holzer is a self admitted white supremacist, and was arrested before the attack could take place.
He is charged with attempting to obstruct the exercise of religion through force.
A federal grand jury recently added attempted arson and using fire to commit a felony to the list of counts against Holzer.
The FBI arrested Holzer on November 1st, after he accepted fake explosives from undercover agents.
He reported said he planned to use the explosives to blow up Temple Emanuel.
