A person is recovering from serious injuries and a 52-year old man is facing charges after a crash early Thursday morning.
A person crossing the street south of the intersection of Oro Blanco and North Carefree Circle was hit by a car at about 2:20 in the morning.
CSPD says the driver, Todd North, jumped out of the car and ran off.
He was arrested a short time later and faces charges related to leaving the scene of an accident.
