The arraignment of one of the suspects in the deadly shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch is delayed until next year.
The judge in the case decided Monday to postpone Alec McKinney’s arraignment until February 7th.
In November a judge decided that McKinney would be tried as an adult for the May shooting that left one person dead and eight others injured.
Mckinney and Devon Erickson are both facing 43 charges including first-degree murder.
