Man Pleads Not Guilty in Deadly Stabbing

A Penrose man is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity for a deadly stabbing.

Donald Laub entered his not guilty plea Tuesday in a Fremont County courtroom.

Laub is accused of stabbing 47-year-old Scott Nash in June.

Laub’s lawyers claim he suffers from a mental condition and was off his medications at the time of the stabbing.
