Man Sentenced After Firing At Pedestrian During Road Rage Incident

33-year old Perry Suggs Junior, is serving more than seven years in prison for firing a shot at a pedestrian in an apparent road rage incident on January 3rd, of 2018.

Suggs was arrested after witnesses saw him fire a weapon at a person crossing the street near Jet Wing Drive and east Fountain Boulevard.  

It was determined Suggs was a member of the Gangster Disciples street gang and had at least one felony conviction. 

It’s against federal law for felons to possess firearms.
