One of the two suspects in last May’s shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch is pleading not guilty.
19-year-old Devon Erickson appeared in court Thursday.
He and accused co-conspirator Alec McKinney are facing dozens of charges, including first-degree murder.
The shooting left one student dead and eight others injured. Mckinney has an arraignment scheduled for next month.
Erickson’s attorney gave the court notice that he may use mental condition as a defense.
