Coloradans will vote on whether to re-establish the Grey Wolf population in the state.
The Colorado Secretary of State’s office announced Monday that supporters of the Grey Wolf reintroduction measure gathered enough signatures to make it onto the November ballot.
If approved, the measure would direct Colorado Parks and Wildlife to come up with a plan to re-establish the Grey Wolf population by 2024.
The measure would also establish a compensation fund for farmers and ranchers who might lose stock due to wolves.
