Robert Deer, the confessed gunman in the 2015 Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs, is again deemed incompetent to stand trial.
According to the State District Judge, the decision was made because there wasn’t any information that indicated otherwise.
District Attorney Dan May says his office has been trying to get an updated report for the State Mental Hospital in Pueblo.
Deer is currently in federal custody in Denver after he was indicted by a federal grand jury last month.
