A popular trail at Garden of The Gods Park is re-opening Saturday.
Foothills Trail, between Blair Bridge and The Garden of The Gods Visitor and Nature Center Underpass, was closed last July for a flood mitigation project.
Park officials determined the need for flash flood mitigation along Camp Creek and the north and south Douglas Creek watersheds after the Waldo Canyon Fire in 2012.
