A tragic accident leaves one person dead and a woman may be facing DUI charges.
The state patrol says alcohol and drugs may be factors in a crash that closed down I-25 in both directions for 4-hours just north of Pueblo Tuesday afternoon.
Regina Tarrow lost control of her vehicle killing an unidentified person traveling in the opposite direction of the interstate.
Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
