Investigators are working to learn what led up to a fatal shooting in southeast Colorado Springs Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at the Haven Apartments on Teal Court.
When officers arrived, they found a man dead.
Colorado Springs Police say all parties involved are accounted for and there is no threat to the public.
No names have been released at this time.
