Colorado Springs Police are alerting the community of a sexually violent predator living on the southeast side of the city.
29-year-old Roberto Vargas-Delao is living on East Platte Ave near the Citadel Mall.
He’s on parole.
According to authorities he was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2014 and harassment in 2013.
Vargas-Delao is 5’9, weighs 190 pounds, and is working construction at Performers Drywall.
