Fire crews were called to a blaze in a storm drain near 12th and Vermijo in Old Colorado City Wednesday.
After the flames were out, firefighters and officers with the homeless outreach team entered the drain and found one man deceased.
The CSPD violent crimes unit was also on the scene and no foul play is suspected at this time.
