One person is in the hospital and another is in custody this morning.
Police were called to the 4,400 block of Chesnut Street off Garden of the Gods Rd. at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday night.
The CSPD Major Crime Unit is investigating what led to the shooting.
The victim’s condition isn’t known and the suspect’s name has not been released.
