The construction of a new Amazon facility near the Colorado Springs Airport is setting another record.
The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department says the cost of the more than 3 million square foot building is just under $370 million.
That’s likely the highest value permit the department has ever issued.
The building is expected to be the biggest ever built in Colorado Springs and could also be the biggest in Colorado.
