Governor Jared Polis says state schools may not reopen for in-person instruction in the fall. He told state school superintendents Tuesday, schools may not reopen to students until January of next year. Polis advised the superintendents to continue to develop remote learning options for students and he also encouraged plans that would stagger school start times and lunch periods to provide proper social distancing for students when schools do reopen.
