CDOT is starting construction on a project expected to last into the late Summer on Highway 94 around Peyton Highway. Left lanes are being added to help cut down on the number of accidents in the area. They’ll also be widening the shoulders, improving drainage infrastructure, and repaving the intersection. The posted speed limit is being reduced, and fines are double in the work zone. A temporary barrier wall will result in narrow lanes along Highway 94.
