2 Colorado Springs Malls announced Monday they are open but with restrictions. The Citdal and Chapel Hills Malls are re-opening under the Governors “Safer at Home” order. Some retail stores inside the shopping centers will be open, although no customers will be allowed in. You can call one of the retailers, then have your purchase brought to you in the parking lot. The malls will be open Monday through Saturdays from 11 to 7 and Sundays from 11 to 4.
