The Colorado Springs Fire Department battled a 2 alarm blaze Tuesday morning at the KittyHawk Apartments on North Arcadia St. Firefighters say the blaze originally began in a laundry room and spread to 2 apartment units. The blaze got between walls and made it difficult to knock down. 2 families will be displaced. 3 people required treatment for minor injuries. No word on how the fire began.
