Two men were arrested and a 3rd is on the run following a car accident Monday night. El Paso County Sheriffs deputies were pursuing a stolen vehicle. They called the chase off because it was too dangerous but moments later the vehicle crashed on Circle drive west of I-25. 3 men ran from the scene. 2 were caught. The driver was identified as 18 year old Zane Bragg. He faces multiple charges including motor vehicle theft and vehicular eluding. The 2nd man was not identified.
