Colorado food trucks can now get permits so they can operate at rest areas. The Colorado Department of Transportation says the permits will allow commercial truck drivers access to food while they’re out on the highways. CDOT also says food truck owners are being hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic and need economic opportunities. They’ll have to follow social distancing guidelines.
