A Denver Police officer is out of a job after a controversial social media post. The department announced the firing of Thomas Mcclay Tuesday following an internal affairs investigation. He posted a picture to instagram in recent days that showed officers in protective gear with the caption “Let’s start a riot.” Officials say the post was inconsistent with department values.
