Fountain Police announce the arrest of a second juvenile connected to a series of car breaks-ins and 2 car thefts. A 13 year old was arrested July 9th following an incident 3 days earlier where 2 cars were stolen and a family was held at gunpoint in Security-Widefield. Yesterday police arrested a second juvenile allegedly connected to the home invasion robbery and 22 breaks in. Both juveniles face a bevy of charges.
