COLORADO – According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, only one of Colorado’s 64-counties doesn’t have a known case of COVID-19. As of Monday, 63-counties had at least one positive case.
Kiowa County doesn’t have any cases and they’ve performed 112-tests. Denver leads the state in cases with over 84-hundred and the county has the most deaths in the state with 398. Colorado as a whole has seen 40-thousand-566-cases. Over six-thousand people have been hospitalized and 1,615 people have died from the virus. El Paso County has seen 3,754 cases with 123-deaths.
Due to a recent uptick in cases across the state, 15-counties are at risk of losing their reopening variances. That includes El Paso County. Governor Polis also announced Tuesday, that alcohol is no longer going to be available after 10:00 p.m. at bars and restaurants statewide.
